Abdillah Noh provides training and advice in the areas of public policy, managing change, leadership and innovation and communication. He is currently an Associate Professor of Public Policy, working in the areas of economics and international development, public policy, policy analysis, personnel management, institutional change and public sector reform. Prior to joining academia, Abdillah worked as a journalist with a regional broadcaster as well as an international business development manager for a company listed in the Singapore exchange. He has written many articles and refereed journals. His articles, for instance, have appeared in regional papers such the South China Morning Post (HongKong), Straits Times (Singapore), Today ( Singapore). Abdillah has a DPhil from the University of Oxford. He also has postgraduate degrees, Msc in Finance, Regulation and Risk Management from the University of Reading, and MSc in Economics from the University of Hull.
