Course Description

Increasing evidence shows one of the best ways to face challenges and ensure that leaders, whether in business, organizations, or in homes, manage others is to effectively coach them.

Business performance can’t take a back seat. Personal and corporate goals need to be achieved. Given the challenges of current online environments, the knowledge and the skills of coaching become even more critical to address both the over-all wellness of the individuals and the achievement of business or individual results.
