highlights proper food handling practices that are in line with the Food
Hygiene Regulations 2009.

module defines the roles and responsibilities of food handlers, focusing on the
importance of personal hygiene. The module also discusses proper food handling
practices in four key areas, such as food preparation, food equipment and
appliances, food packaging and food storage.
