Course Description

By taking a close look at the McKinsey 7S model elements, I will guide or nudge the participants to add value to the management of their organization. Will share examples to better relate the theory and the ways it can practically be applied. With a better understanding, this theory can assist participants in better improving their business in a structural method.

2. How it will contribute to the future success of an organization

3. Detailed explanation of what are the 7S elements, strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, style, and staff.
