By taking a close look at the McKinsey 7S model elements, I will guide or nudge the participants to add value to the management of their organization. Will share examples to better relate the theory and the ways it can practically be applied. With a better understanding, this theory can assist participants in better improving their business in a structural method. 

In this session, I will be sharing with you on:

1. What the McKinsey 7S model is all about

2. How it will contribute to the future success of an organization

3. Detailed explanation of what are the 7S elements, strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, style, and staff. 

At the end of this session, you will be able to:     

1. Have a better understanding and awareness of the McKinsey 7S model

2. Implement the model in the daily activities in their organization
