Office Politics is inevitable in every workplace. Some people has a negative view about office politics because it’s all about rivalry and unfair competition. However some people can apply office politics in a good way to achieve not only their own career goal but also organization objectives. If we have a right perspective about office politics, we can use it to achieve both organization and personal goals in a positive way. 

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

1. Have the right perspective about office politics in daily practical.

2. Avoid negative sides of Office Politics.

3. Use office politics in a positive way.
