The success of every person in a career or business requires a combination of personal skills and mentorship. Mentorship has a strong role in making one person effective in whatever he or she does. No one succeeds and gains a lot of inputs by relying just on oneself, we really need different key persons in our lives to equip us in all aspects to make us more successful in whatever we do. Learning from someone ahead of us will make a difference.

In mentorship, both the mentors and mentees have a mutual benefit in continuously establishing that relationship that will help both of them achieve their respective career and business goals. This session will give participants the opportunity to discover the beauty of mentorship and how this will change the lives of both the mentor and mentee. This will also provide the participant ways on how to assess oneself and be aware of what the person can offer to another person.

The session will show participants the difference of pursuing one’s career or business without mentorship and long-lasting mentorship that will empower them to create another one.

The coach will provide ways for how participants can start doing mentorship so that it will develop a continuous culture of sharing and developing one skill which is necessary for a person’s improvement.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

1. Understand the importance of having a strong business and career mentorship culture not only to your life but to the lives of your mentor and future mentees.

2. Be able to create a new group of mentees and develop them to be a future mentor. 

3. Evaluate your potential to make a lasting impact on another person's career and business life. 

 4. Understand that mentorship is a continuous activity, which will benefit you and your mentor, and your future mentees. 

 5. Discover the difference of having mentorship and without mentorship.
