The ability to delegate is one of the biggest traits of a successful leader. Delegation is one of the best management tools for increasing employee morale, job satisfaction, trust between team members and manager, and a company’s bottom line. It also helps with time management. It allows the organisation goals to be broken down into tasks and assigned to the team member best suited for the duty, and it ensures timely completion of work. Real accomplishments are often the result of team work, and if we can't delegate well, we will struggle to get things done.
