Does an employment contract need to be stamped in Malaysia? When to stamp? What’s the process and timeline? Get all your answers.

Considering the IRB's latest guidance, employers are reminded of their legal obligations to duly stamp all employment contracts in accordance with the Stamp Act 1949.
