Course Description

Strategic planning has been widely used in several corporate setting to properly document an organization's intended long-term direction, but its fundamentals are often missed. Even its technical term is confused with other types of organizational plans. The process is often reserved for top management to define an organization's vision, mission, values, and goals. It requires establishing a sequence in which those goals should be realized so that the organization can reach its stated vision.

At the end of this session, you will be able to: 1. Differentiate strategic plannings from tactical or operational planing 2. Appreciate the importance of conducting an external audit for the general environment 3. Distinguish how to properly assess an internal audit for an organization's resources 4.
