How to Keep Ourselves Safe and Save Life

The concept of first aid is giving immediate care to casualty to save life. During the pandemic time, it is a very important concept for the first aider to know how to protect themselves as well.

Through this session, we will be discussing common injuries at home, and what is the treatment that will need to provide different to family members from different age group. The range of topic will be cover are: personal protection equipment, bleeding, choking, calling for help and sharing on CPR.

You will be able to learn effective first aid essential skills which will be helpful during the pandemic.
