What may start out as workplace small talk could potentially become the foundation for powerful improvements and changes in our outlook and career. We will explore one of the five emotional intelligence competencies that successful leaders employ, which is called social skills and political correctness. This competency is important in all areas of our life. It helps us communicate effectively, as well as influence and persuade others by sending clear and convincing messages.
