By understanding other people better, we can improve our relationships with our colleagues, clients, family members and people at large. This increases our empathy, knowledge of other people’s strengths, and acceptance of others as who they are. This puts you in a better position especially if you’re a people manager or are required to work closely with others. Allow me to share with you my insight into people’s behavior through my experience in dealing with people as a coach, consultant and community developer.
