This session highlights the importance of 7 key standards in effective business email for the current work from home setup since recent studies indicate that most employees typically spend 70 to 90 percent of their time in written communication. With emphasis on business email, it will focus on possible breakdown or ways a message can be misunderstood, thus applying the appropriate technique in a logical and organized manner should be maintained.
